Automotive Sales Person# Automotive Sales PersonFreedom Ford - Iselin, NJ 08830## OverviewSalary Range$75,000.00 - $150,000.00 Base+Commission/year## The RoleAs an Automotive Salesperson at Freedom Ford, part of the Generation Auto Group collection, you are the face of our dealership and play a key role in creating a positive and seamless car-buying experience for our customers. This position requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a customer-first mindset. Your ability to build relationships, understand customer needs, and guide them through the sales process directly impacts customer satisfaction, dealership performance, and long-term loyalty.
