Generation Kia in Bohemia, NY seeks an Automotive Service Advisor to bridge customers and the service team. You will gather vehicle data, write repair orders, inspect vehicles, and coordinate repairs with technicians and parts. Strong communication and customer service are essential.

The role requires a solid automotive knowledge base, familiarity with service approvals, and the ability to provide transparent cost estimates while keeping customers informed throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Previous Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer experience preferred.
• Kia experience is a plus; Tekion experience is a plus.
• Available to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and obtain vehicle information for the repair order.

Automotive Service Advisor# Automotive Service AdvisorGeneration Kia - Bohemia, NY 11716## OverviewSalary Range$80,000.00 - $120,000.00 Base+Commission/year## The RoleAs a Service Advisor at **Generation Kia**, part of the Generation Auto Group collection, you are a crucial liaison between customers and the service department. You are responsible for providing excellent customer service, assessing vehicle issues, and coordinating vehicle repairs and maintenance services.
