The role emphasizes product knowledge, strong communication, and relationship-building, with a customer-first mindset and team collaboration with management and finance to finalize deals.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Punctual, dependable, self-motivated, and committed to providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable building relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong customer service, sales, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, creating a welcoming dealership experience.
• Identify customer needs and guide them through the vehicle selection process.
• Present and demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and technology.
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle performance and capabilities.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Follow up with customers before and after the sale to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activities in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
