This hands-on leadership role oversees sales staff, inventory, and the customer buying experience—running on a high-energy floor with clear KPIs and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive sales experience with leadership preferred
• Proficiency with CRM software and a track record of hitting targets
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities
• Proven ability to analyze sales metrics and market trends
• Valid driver's license and state sales license or willingness to obtain one
• High school diploma; college degree preferred or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and coach a team of automotive sales consultants to meet targets
• Manage CRM to follow up with customers and convert leads
• Drive showroom traffic and improve closing ratios with action plans
• Oversee inventory, demos, and lot presentation
• Ensure demo vehicles are maintained and available
• Review vehicle deals for compliance and profitability
• Manage customer experience from first contact to delivery
• Lead sales meetings and training; coordinate with marketing on promotions
