Formación

• 4+ years of automotive sales management experience.
• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Ability to analyze sales reports, forecasts, and market trends.
• Strong math, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and state sales license (or willing to obtain).

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, train, and coach a team of automotive sales consultants to meet targets.
• Use CRM for follow-up on new/past customers and lost deals.
• Develop action plans to drive showroom traffic and improve closing ratios.
• Oversee new and used vehicle inventory, demos, and lot presentation.
• Ensure demo and test-drive vehicles are maintained and available.
• Review and approve all vehicle deals for accuracy and profitability.
• Manage customer experience from first contact to delivery.
• Run regular sales meetings and training.
• Collaborate with marketing on local promotions and ads.
