CarGuys Inc. is seeking a senior automotive leader to recruit, train, and manage a high-performance sales team. You will be responsible for discipline, development, and accountability across departments while maintaining strong customer and owner satisfaction.

The role demands oversight of auction-to-sales forecasting, unit mix, and gross profit, with hands-on involvement in daily operations of new and used vehicle departments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading dealership teams and P&L responsibility.
• Strong ability to manage multiple departments and priorities.
• Proven track record in driving sales, profitability and CSI.
• Hands-on leader who is involved in deals, not just number crunching.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, Training, and Developing a high-performance sales team through accountability management principles
• Supervise the training development, discipline, and appraisal of sales consultants and other departmental employees
• Maintain and promote customer and owner satisfaction
• Review the forecasting of unit sales and gross profit
• Oversee management of new and used vehicle operations
