Qualifications

Responsibilities

Build, train, motivate, and maintain a high-performing sales team.
Hire sales consultants and conduct initial training on systems, product knowledge and conduct.
Schedule regular training to reinforce selling techniques and service standards.
Negotiate trade-in deals to maximize dealership profitability.
Monitor inventory, pricing strategies, and sales procedures.
Analyze market trends and customer preferences to drive sales.
