Holman seeks a General Manager for Autopark Chrysler Jeep at Holman to plan, develop, and implement policies while guiding sales, service, parts, body shop, F&I, and administration for efficiency and profitability.

You will analyze budgets, recruit and develop dealership leaders, coordinate promotions, monitor HR and compliance, and maintain distributor relationships to meet long‑term goals. A Bachelor's degree and 6+ years leadership in a dealership are required, with 8+ years preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or University required.
• 8+ years related dealership experience and/or training required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops and implements policies and goals; ensures compliance.
• Directs activities across sales, service, parts, body shop, F&I and administration for efficiency and economy.
• Analyzes department budgets to maximize profit or minimize costs and achieve budgets.
• Promotes recruitment and development of dealership managers and staff.
• Liaisons with manufacturer and factory representatives to meet objectives.
