Qualificações

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Minimum 3-5 years of automotive management experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Current, valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Strong computer and phone skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.

Responsabilidades

• Profitability responsibility for the sales department.
• Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve monthly and annual forecasts.
• Hire, train, mentor, support and monitor department staff; maintain CSI.
• Develop advertising and marketing plans.
• Build lifetime customer relationships and a referral network.
• Assist sales managers in working and closing deals.
