The ideal candidate will lead a service team, maintain department profitability, and build strong relationships with customers and staff. Prior automotive service experience and the ability to manage technicians and vendors are essential.

Qualificações

• At least 2 years of automotive management and customer service experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Experience implementing structured business processes.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain profitability of the department while controlling expenses and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Lead service management and reconditioning activities.
