West Chester Audi is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead a high-performance sales team. You will recruit, train, and motivate staff while driving dealership profitability and customer satisfaction.

This role requires a proven track record in automotive sales leadership, deep knowledge of the pre-owned market, and F&I experience. Competitive compensation includes a $10,000 monthly guarantee for the first two months plus long-term earning potential.
