Job summary

Audi West Chester is seeking an Automotive Technician to join our team in West Chester, PA. This full-time, flat-rate role focuses on diagnosing and repairing vehicles with a commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has strong diagnostic skills, 2–3 years of dealership experience, PA state inspections, and ASE/CDK familiarity. Audi expertise and manufacturer-approved certifications are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Pennsylvania State inspection and Emission inspection Licenses Required.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• CDK knowledge is a plus.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and customer service.
• 2–3 years of automotive technician experience, preferably in a dealership.
• Audi experience and certifications are highly preferred.
• ASE certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency with diagnostic software and manufacturer systems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Able to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational program is a plus.

• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a vocational automotive program is a plus.
