CarGuys Inc. in Troy, MI is seeking an Automotive Sales Manager responsible for recruiting, training, and leading a high‑performance sales team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

You will supervise training, development, and appraisal of sales staff, oversee new and used vehicle operations, review sales forecasts and gross profit, and promote long‑term growth and CSI excellence.
