Job Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and develop a high‑performance sales team through accountability management principles
• Supervise the training, development, discipline and appraisal of sales consultants and other departmental employees
• Maintain and promote customer and owner satisfaction
• Review the forecast of unit sales and gross profit
• Oversee management of new and used vehicle operations

Qualifications

• Ability to multi‑task and juggle multiple items at once
