Job summary

CarGuys Inc. in Michigan is seeking a New and Pre-owned Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performance dealership sales team. You will recruit, train, and manage consultants, drive results, and ensure accountability, while building a team that delivers outstanding customer experiences.

You will supervise training, forecast unit sales and gross profit, oversee new and used vehicle operations, and maintain high CSI and sales volume through hands-on leadership and fiscal discipline.
