Holman Enterprises’ Mercedes-Benz Van Center in New Jersey is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team, drive profitability, and deliver the Holman Experience to customers. You will oversee hiring, training, and coaching of sales consultants, ensuring product knowledge and professional conduct across the dealership.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in automotive sales with leadership experience, strong data analysis skills, and proficiency with CRM systems to manage leads

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5+ years of automotive sales experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Proficient in using CRM software to manage interactions, leads, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Build, train, motivate, and maintain a quality sales organization; hire and train sales consultants.
• Schedule regular training sessions and review sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
• Negotiate trade-in deals and maximize profitability; monitor inventory, pricing, and procedures.
• Collaborate with the service department to ensure a seamless post-sale experience.
• Analyze market trends and customer preferences; implement processes to increase efficiency.
