Qualifications

• Two-three years sales experience or equivalent.
• State salesperson license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and train sales staff to maintain professional customer interactions.
• Manage trade-ins, sales and delivery of vehicles; maintain logs.
• Establish sales quotas and monitor performance to meet profit goals.
• Oversee operations for new and used vehicle inventory and showroom presentation.
• Prepare reports and work with General Manager on monthly/annual goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality agreements.
