The role emphasizes strong interpersonal skills, customer service, and the ability to work with sales and F&I teams to negotiate prices and lease payments.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Experience in automotive sales or related customer service role preferred.
• Proficient with computer systems and sales software.
• Valid driver’s license with clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with customers to understand automotive needs.
• Provide guidance on vehicle features, specifications, and financing options.
• Conduct test drives and highlight vehicle benefits.
• Assist with the purchase process and complete necessary paperwork.
• Stay informed about inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.
• Collaborate with customers, sales managers, and F&I personnel to negotiate sales prices and lease payments.
