Holman Enterprises’ Mercedes-Benz Cary dealership is seeking a knowledgeable Automotive Sales Consultant to engage customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right vehicle for a positive buying experience.

You will present vehicle features, discuss financing options, and lead the sale from test drive to paperwork, while staying informed about inventory and promotions to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales or customer service preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Proficient in computer systems and sales software (CRM).
• Valid Driver's License and clean Motor Vehicle Record.
• High School Diploma and 1 year of related sales experience or training, or an equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with customers to understand automotive needs.
• Provide guidance on vehicle features, specs, and financing options.
• Conduct test drives and highlight vehicle benefits.
• Assist with the purchase process and complete paperwork.

• Collaborate with customers, sales managers, and F&I personnel to negotiate sales prices and lease payments.
