Dondelinger Chevrolet Hyundai is seeking a dedicated Sales Manager to lead our Brainerd Lakes Area sales team. You will drive growth while delivering an exceptional dealership experience.

The ideal candidate has proven leadership in automotive sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to coach staff to meet targets. You will partner with marketing and finance, ensure policy compliance, and uphold our community-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of Chevrolet and Hyundai vehicle lines is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
