Dondelinger Chevrolet Hyundai is seeking a dedicated Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the Brainerd Lakes Area, Minnesota. The role focuses on driving sales growth while delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining the dealership’s reputation for integrity and service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of Chevrolet and Hyundai vehicle lines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase market share and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and community partners.
