Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of automotive sales experience.
• Proven track record (10-15+ units/month preferred).
• Strong closing and objection-handling skills.
• CRM proficiency and digital lead management experience.
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in-person, online, and via phone to identify vehicle needs.
• Demonstrate and present Chrysler, Jeep vehicles, features, and financing options.
• Execute the full sales cycle: prospecting - demo - negotiation - closing.
• Maintain CRM activity and follow-up processes (calls, texts, emails).
• Generate self-sourced business through referrals and prospecting.
• Stay current on manufacturer incentives, rebates, and product updates.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience to drive repeat and referral business.
