Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in-person, online, and via phone to identify vehicle needs.
• Demonstrate and present Chrysler, Jeep vehicles, features, and financing options.
• Execute the full sales cycle: prospecting - demo - negotiation - closing.
• Maintain CRM activity and follow-up processes (calls, texts, emails).
• Generate self-sourced business through referrals and prospecting.
• Stay current on manufacturer incentives, rebates, and product updates.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience to drive repeat and referral business.

Pay: Commission Based - Potential of $80,000+

Overview: We are seeking a high-performing Automotive Sales Executive with experience in domestic brands, specifically Chrysler, Jeep. The ideal candidate understands the domestic buyer, thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment, and consistently meets or exceeds monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers in-person, online, and via phone to identify vehicle needs
