Responsibilities

• Help guests select new and pre-owned vehicles that fit their needs.
• Present vehicle features, technology, and ownership benefits.
• Conduct test drives and assist with purchase, lease, and trade-in options.
• Prepare and present pricing proposals; coordinate with Finance for smooth process.
• Maintain accurate customer data in CRM and follow up via multiple channels.
• Develop repeat and referral business by building long-term relationships.
