Job summary

Johnson Volvo Cars Durham is seeking motivated Automotive Sales Consultants to join our team. You will guide guests through the vehicle-buying experience, understand their needs, and help them explore new and pre-owned options with a focus on service and relationship building.

You will present vehicle features, conduct test drives, and coordinate with Finance and Service to ensure a smooth ownership experience. Ongoing product training, CRM use, and a team-driven environment are provided.

• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up with leads.
