• Help guests select vehicles that fit their needs.
• Present and demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and ownership benefits.
• Conduct professional test drives.
• Assist guests in evaluating purchase, lease, and trade-in options.
• Prepare and present pricing proposals per dealership guidelines.
• Coordinate with Sales Management and Finance to move through the purchase process.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and follow up with leads.
