• Present vehicle features and ownership benefits.
• Conduct professional and informative test drives.
• Assist guests in evaluating purchase, lease, and trade-in options.
• Prepare pricing proposals with dealership guidelines.
• Coordinate with Sales Management and Finance for smooth purchases.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and follow up with leads.
