Job summary

Lancaster County Motors Subaru in Lancaster County is hiring an Automotive Sales Consultant to sell new Subaru vehicles, certified pre-owned, and quality used vehicles. You will build relationships with customers and guide them to vehicles that fit their needs and budget.

Responsibilities include demonstrations, test drives, paperwork, and collaboration with the Sales Managers and Finance Department to ensure a smooth experience. Prior automotive experience is a plus, but training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Pre-employment drug screen, motor vehicle check, and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional sales experience.
• Help customers find the right new or used vehicle based on needs, lifestyle, and budget.
• Present and demonstrate vehicles, including walkarounds.
• Take customers on test drives and demonstrate features.
• Sell new, certified pre-owned, and used vehicles.
• Generate new business through referrals, social media, and marketing.
• Follow up with prospects and customers throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate customer information and dealership processes.
