Secor Subaru in New London, CT is seeking a motivated Subaru Sales Consultant to join our team. This full-time position offers a base salary plus commissions with estimated annual earnings of $50,000–$80,000 and a 5-day work week, including evenings and Saturdays.

You’ll help customers find the right vehicle and provide a smooth, high‑quality buying experience. We provide training and ongoing professional development, support from a strong leadership team, and an employee vehicle purchase

• Assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs and budget.
• Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
• Follow up with prospective customers by phone, email, text, and CRM.
• Maintain knowledge of Subaru products, incentives, and financing options.
• Work closely with Sales Management and Finance to provide a smooth vehicle purchase and delivery experience.
• Generate new business through referrals, repeat customers, prospecting, and community networking.
• Work toward individual sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity in the CRM.
