Subaru of Cherry Hill is seeking Automotive Sales Consultants to join our team in Cherry Hill, NJ. We have 3 positions available, with a competitive plan of salary, commission, and bonuses, plus a 5-day work week and paid training.

Ideal candidates will relay complex vehicle technology to customers, be technically savvy, and deliver a superior customer experience from greeting to closing a sale. We offer benefits after 90 days and a well-supported floor with multiple lenders.

Qualifications

• Strong computer and phone skills.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of all Subaru vehicles and technology.
• Study and understand Subaru competitors and the Subaru advantages over each.
• Attain Subaru Salesperson Certification.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet and interact with customers effectively.
• Deliver comprehensive product information and a superior customer experience before, during, and after the sales process which will drive loyalty to the retailer and Subaru.
• Provide and offer comprehensive product information throughout the sales process to customers, fully explaining Subaru features, applications, and benefits.
• Support the Sales Consultant with the customer’s questions regarding product features and benefits.
