Lancaster County Motors Subaru is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to close deals, secure financing, and present protection products in a high-volume dealership environment.

You will confirm figures, submit applications, and coordinate with lenders while ensuring accurate paperwork and compliance. The role emphasizes ethics, speed, and superior customer experience with opportunities to grow earnings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive Finance Manager/F&I experience or equivalent.
• Associate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive finance, leasing, and lending processes.
• Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read dealership documents in English and maintain accurate paperwork.

Responsabilités

• Review and confirm sales figures, deal structure and financing terms.
• Meet with customers to present financing, leasing and protection options.
• Explain aftermarket products, extended service contracts, GAP and related products.
• Submit finance/lease applications to lenders and secure approvals.
• Work with Sales Managers to structure deals and maximize gross profit.
• Prepare and complete all required finance, title, tax and delivery paperwork.
• Ensure compliance with laws and maintain accurate, ethical processes.
