We offer training and coaching, with daily activity focused on calls, follow-up and setting appointments. Strong communication and phone-based work are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers.
• Willingness to make outbound calls and follow up daily.
• Ability to use CRM to document notes and track progress.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound phone calls to prospective and existing customers and follow up.
• Follow up with customers via video, email, text and calls about their purchase.
• Complete daily tasks and keep up-to-date notes in the CRM.
• Address customer concerns by listening, demonstrating product knowledge and time management.
• Take customers on test drives and assist with the purchase of a new vehicle.
• Explain finance options and prepare quotes.
