Job summary

Rimrock Subaru in Billings, MT is seeking a driven sales professional to join our dealership team. This role focuses on outbound calls, follow-ups, and guiding customers through vehicle purchases, including test drives and financing options, to achieve high customer satisfaction.

You will work with a CRM to manage leads, perform daily tasks, and maintain product knowledge while adhering to company policies and providing exceptional service that drives CSI and dealership success.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales and lead follow-up.
• Ability to learn and apply product knowledge.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Comfort with following scripts and sales training.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Follow up with customers via various channels (phone, video, email, text).
• Take customers on test drives and demonstrate vehicle features.
• Assist customers with the purchase and financing options.
