Reliable Chevrolet Springfield is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our growing team. You will help customers select new and pre-owned Chevrolet vehicles, conduct walkthroughs and test drives, and build lasting relationships to create a positive buying experience.

Role involves staying informed about Chevrolet products, incentives, and promotions, generating leads, and collaborating with finance and service teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and drive to succeed.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends and manage a flexible schedule.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting new and pre-owned Chevrolet vehicles.
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds, demonstrations, and test drives.
• Build relationships with customers to create a positive buying experience.
• Maintain knowledge of Chevrolet products, incentives, and promotions.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads and meet monthly targets.
• Coordinate with finance, service, and management for a seamless experience.
• Develop repeat and referral business through exceptional customer service.
