Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Excellent communication skills and professional appearance.
• Ability to achieve goals with limited supervision.
• Basic computer and internet skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with vehicle selection and explain options, financing, and add-ons.
• Conduct test drives and ensure traffic rules are followed.
• Facilitate delivery with clear explanations of vehicle features and servicing needs; maintain sales docs.
• Negotiate sale closures in an ethical, clear manner.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions.
• Attend staff meetings, trainings, and classes as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
