Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record.

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with vehicle selection and explain options, financing, and add-ons per dealership policies.
• Conduct vehicle test drives and ensure compliance with road rules.
• Explain vehicle features, warranties, and servicing requirements; maintain accurate sales documentation.
• Negotiate sale closures in a clear, ethical manner.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicles, accessories, and promotions.
• Attend staff meetings, training, and educational sessions as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
