Job summary

Victory Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. You will assist customers in selecting new and used vehicles, present options, financing, and add-ons, and help facilitate a smooth buying experience.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, product knowledge, and professional appearance to promote sales and lasting customer relationships. You will conduct test drives, explain features and warranties, negotiate ethically, and stay updated on promotions

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
Sales experience is a plus (any industry).
Valid and unrestricted driver’s license with clean driving record.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with vehicle selection and explain options, financing, and add-ons.
Conduct test drives and ensure adherence to road rules and dealership policies.
Provide clear explanations of vehicle features, warranty, and servicing requirements.
Negotiate sales closure ethically and maintain customer relationships for repeat business.
Stay updated on vehicle knowledge, promotions, and financing options.
Attend staff meetings and training; perform other duties as assigned.
