Victory Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to assist customers in selecting vehicles, explaining options, and guiding them through financing and ownership. The role emphasizes strong customer service, product knowledge, and a confident, professional presence.

The ideal candidate may have prior sales experience in any industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid and unrestricted driver license with a clean driving record.
• Sales experience is a plus (any industry).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are expected.
• Professional appearance and dependable work ethic are essential.
• Ability to achieve goals with limited direct supervision.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with vehicle selection and explain model options, features, value-add products, and financing options.
• Conduct vehicle test drives and ensure adherence to traffic laws.
• Facilitate delivery with clear explanations of vehicle operations, warranties, and servicing requirements; maintain sales documentation.
• Negotiate sale closures in a clear, ethical manner.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions.
• Attend all staff meetings, training, and classes as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
