The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills, a driven attitude, and the ability to work with minimal supervision to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
• Sales experience is a plus (any industry).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Help customers with vehicle selection and explain options, features, and financing.
• Conduct vehicle test drives and ensure road rules are followed.
• Explain vehicle features, warranties, and servicing requirements to customers.
• Maintain accurate sales documentation.
• Negotiate sale closures in a professional and ethical manner.
• Stay up-to-date on vehicles, financing options, and promotions.
• Attend staff meetings and training as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
