Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Sales experience in any industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with vehicle selection and explain options, accessories, and financing.
• Conduct test drives and ensure safety rules are followed.
• Facilitate delivery with clear explanations of vehicle operation and service requirements.
• Negotiate sale closures in a professional and ethical manner.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicles, financing options, and promotions.
• Attend staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
