REINEKE FAMILY DEALERSHIPS INC in Lima, OH is seeking a Sales Consultant to connect with customers, identify their needs, and guide them through the buying process from inquiry to delivery.

You will assess trade-ins, present finance options, build lasting relationships, and work with our e-Leads program. Evening and Saturday availability is required to support customers and close deals.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years sales, customer service, or related work experience.
• Willing to work evenings and Saturdays as scheduled.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide a high quality, effective and professional sales experience to all customers while following the Dealership’s sales process.
• Maintain high ethical standards in daily activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
• Keep up to date with new products and changes in sales promotions.
• Work with our internet program, e-Leads to generate new sales and contact current and prospective customers, greeting customers as soon as they enter the dealership to create lasting relationships.
• Other duties as assigned.
