The role focuses on presenting new and pre-owned vehicles in an informative way, helping customers select models, and promoting financing options while building lasting relationships for repeat business.

The ideal candidate may have sales experience in any industry, strong customer service skills, a confident, professional appearance, and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Sales experience in any industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and professional appearance.
• Ability to work with limited direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with vehicle selection and discuss model options, features, and financing options.
• Conduct test drives and ensure safe operation in accordance with traffic laws.
• Explain vehicle features, warranties, and servicing requirements to customers.
• Maintain accurate sales documentation and records.
• Negotiate sales closures ethically and professionally.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
