White Rock Volkswagen, part of Trotman Auto Group, is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant in White Rock. You will join a driven, customer-focused team, helping customers find the right vehicle to fit their lifestyle.

We offer a permanent, full-time role with strong earning potential through full commission, plus performance incentives and comprehensive benefits. Ideal candidates have 1+ years of automotive sales experience and hold a valid VSA license with BC Class 5 driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in automotive sales or commission-based sales.
• Strong passion for sales, customer service, and relationship building.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems such as DealerSocket or similar.

Responsabilités

• Promote and sell new and pre-owned vehicles with a customer-focused approach.
• Educate customers on vehicle features, options, and available finance solutions.
• Complete all sales documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Develop new business through prospecting, referrals, and follow-up.
• Maintain ongoing communication to build trust and long-term customer relationships.

Who We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in automotive sales or commission‑based sales
• Passion for sales, customer service, and relationship building
• Motivated, professional, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Valid VSA license and BC Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract
• Strong ability to create and maintain long‑term customer relationships
• Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems such as DealerSocket or similar

Compensation

$100,000-$150,000 per year (Full Commission)

What Your Day Will Look Like

• Promote and sell new and pre‑owned vehicles with a customer‑focused approach
