White Rock Volkswagen, part of Trotman Auto Group, is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our high-performing service team in BC. As a Journeyperson Technician, you’ll work in a modern facility with strong support, consistent workflow, and a team that values quality workmanship, efficiency, and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Red Seal Journeyperson certification is required or highly preferred.
• VW training is an asset for this role.
• Pride in workmanship with consistent flat-rate performance.
• Strong diagnostic, repair, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid BC Class 5 driver’s license with a clean record.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles according to manufacturer and dealership standards.
• Perform inspections and identify mechanical and electrical issues accurately.
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
• Follow Volkswagen repair procedures and warranty guidelines.
• Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding repair needs and timelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Support a customer-first service experience through consistent, quality workmanship.
