Job summary

White Rock Volkswagen, part of Trotman Auto Group, is seeking a reliable Lot Attendant to support our Sales and Service teams and prep vehicles for customers. This full-time role offers hands-on work, competitive pay, and a path for growth.

Responsibilities include transporting vehicles, cleaning and prepping units, receiving shipments, and maintaining lot organization. Valid BC Class 5 license required; outdoor work and a fast-paced environment expected.

Qualifications

• Interest in vehicles and pride in maintaining their appearance.
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract.
• Ability to work outdoors and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Comfortable operating both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Dependable, organized, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Transporting vehicles between departments and dealership locations.
• Washing, fueling, and preparing new and used vehicles for sales and service.
• Receiving new vehicle shipments and checking for damage.
• Managing traffic flow across sales lots and service areas.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lot, showroom, and display areas.
• Organizing pre-owned vehicles awaiting reconditioning for the Service team.
