Job summary

Hertz in Lynn, MA is seeking a Car Sales Consultant to fully execute the sales and financing process while delivering excellent customer service. You will support lot operations and omni‑channel sales, driving toward monthly targets and maintaining accurate CRM output and paperwork.

The role includes assisting with the finance process to achieve strong F&I results, photographing vehicles, delivering cars to partner hubs, organizing the lot, merchandising, and transporting vehicles as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Car Sales Experience (preferred).
• Valid Driver's License.
• Sales License required for multiple states (as listed).
• Ability to succeed in a global matrix organization and be goal‑oriented.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the sales and finance process; achieve monthly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and support omni‑channel sales.
• Support lot operations, merchandising, and vehicle transportation.
• Maintain strong CRM output and clean paperwork; assist with missing documents recovery.

The Car Sales Consultant facilitates the sales & finance process, provides excellent customer service, supports lot operations and omni-channel sales. Fully execute sales process, achieve monthly sales targets, maintain strong CRM output and quality. Continuous utilization of all trained sales skills, maintaining clean paperwork and missing documents recovery, support the finance process to achieve strong Finance & Insurance PVR. Support vehicle photography, deliver cars to partner hubs as needed, support lot organization and merchandising, transport cars as needed, ensure all incoming vehicles are properly checked in and provide excellent customer service and support strong NPS scores.

Wage: Hourly wage plus sales based commissions averaging per year $71,541, specifically $15.00/hr + anticipated average commissions of $40,341/yr

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent Car Sales Experience, valid Drivers' License, capable of delivering support and results, able to succeed in a global matrix organization, goal oriented, identify and support business needs.
• VALID Sales License Required for The Following States: Arkansas, Nevada, California, North Carolina, Colorado, Ohio, Hawaii, Oklahoma, Idaho, Pennsylvania, Kansas, Tennessee, Kentucky, Utah, Louisiana, Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC, Massachusetts, West Virginia, Nebraska, and Wisconsin.
