Job summary

Hertz Automotive Sales Consultant supports the sales and finance process and delivers outstanding customer service. The role handles lot operations, omni-channel sales, and ensures strong CRM performance to meet monthly targets.

Hourly wage plus commissions is expected, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement within a global organization. A valid driver's license is required and prior car sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the sales & finance process and provide excellent customer service.
• Fully execute the sales process and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain strong CRM output and clean paperwork; recover missing documents.
• Support the finance process to achieve strong Finance & Insurance PVR.
• Assist with vehicle photography, delivery to partner hubs, and lot organization.

Job description

TheAutomotive Sales Consultantfacilitates the sales & finance process, provides excellent customer service, supports lot operations and omni-channel sales. Fully execute sales process, achieve monthly sales targets, maintain strong CRM output and quality. Continuous utilization of all trained sales skills, maintaining clean paperwork and missing documents recovery, support the finance process to achieve strong Finance & Insurance PVR. Support vehicle photography, deliver cars to partner hubs as needed, support lot organization and merchandising, transport cars as needed, ensure all incoming vehicles are properly checked in and provide excellent customer service and support strong NPS scores.

Wage: Hourly wage plus sales based commissions averaging per year $66,007/yr, specifically $15.00/hr + anticipated average commissions of $34,807/yr
