Crossroads Ford of Indian Trail is seeking motivated Automotive Sales Consultants to join a high-volume Southeast dealer group in Indian Trail, NC. This full-time role focuses on helping customers through the car-buying process, achieving sales targets, and delivering an ethical, professional experience.

You will present pricing and ownership options clearly, assist with test drives, and work to build repeat and referral business with a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Successful sales background preferred, automotive experience a plus.
• Self-driven and goal-oriented with a competitive spirit.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication for customers and teammates.
• Professional grooming and positive attitude essential.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Willing to pass a background check and drug screening.
