Georgica Auto Holdings is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to guide clients through the vehicle purchasing process, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.

You will greet customers, present vehicles, conduct test drives, negotiate terms, and handle paperwork, while building lasting relationships and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive sales or related customer service/sales role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Experience using CRM software.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor.
• Present new and used vehicles, highlighting features, benefits, and specifications.
• Conduct test drives, ensuring customer comfort and safety.
• Negotiate sales prices and terms, aiming for mutually beneficial agreements.
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently for vehicle purchases.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
