Job summary

SONS Automotive Group in Georgia is seeking experienced Automotive Sales Associates to build a loyal customer base. The role requires 2–5 years of automotive sales and customer service experience, with luxury background preferred. A 5-day work week is offered and Sundays are closed.

You will guide customers through the buying process, present vehicle features, and manage follow-ups to foster loyalty. We value strong communication, product knowledge, and professional presentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Two-to-four-year college degree preferred.
• 2-5 years automotive sales and customer service experience required.
• Luxury automotive sales background preferred.
• Knowledge of new vehicle technologies and mechanical operations.
• Phenomenal communication skills, organization and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
• Strong verbal and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license required and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Sell vehicles through a thorough buying process with established steps, policies and procedures.
• Develop and relay high level product knowledge on vehicle features.
• Demonstrate vehicle operation in showroom and via test drive.
• Deliver new vehicles via established process, ensuring customer understands features, warranties and paperwork.
• Maintain an owner follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Develop a prospecting system with calls, emails and videos to set appointments.
• Report to the Sales Manager on objectives, activities and results.

Responsibilities:

• Sale Associates take the customers through a thorough buying process supported by established selling steps, policies and procedures

• Develop and relay a high level of product knowledge around vehicle features

• Demonstrate operation of vehicle in showroom and via test drive

• Provide new vehicle to customer through established delivery process, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty and paperwork

• Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction, loyalty and long-term clientele.

• Develop a prospecting system making calls, sending emails and videos to potential customers to set appointments to perspective clients.

• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis.
